They offer a guaranteed daily income of $770 and a guaranteed minimum salary of $200,200 + 30 percent production, with the potential for earning between $200,200 and $350,000 annually. Dentists must be licensed to practice in Ohio and will receive benefits such as medical and vision insurance, a 401K, paid malpractice insurance, 10 days PTO at $500/day, an EFDA & experienced dental assistant, $1000 toward continuing education, and the opportunity to work alongside other dentists for treatment planning collaboration.
