Cookie Policy

Essential security, optional analytics and optional advertising measurement you control.

What We Use

Public pages can be browsed without setting a Weence Practice Marketing cookie. We use essential session cookies when you open account features or begin using the inquiry form. They help keep your session secure, prevent forged form submissions, and operate the features you requested.

We use Google Analytics on public marketing pages and in Account only after you allow optional analytics. It helps us understand visits, service interest, proposal requests, sign-in and checkout steps, generic errors, confirmed subscription payments and setup progress. We do not send names, email addresses, form contents, card details, private account identifiers or sign-in links to Google. The Google tag does not load before permission. Advertising measurement is off unless you separately check its option and allow the selected measurement. With that permission, Google may use advertising-measurement cookies and ad-click identifiers to connect clicks with customer actions. Personalized ads and Google signals remain disabled. We do not use browser fingerprinting, or buy, sell or trade cookie data.

Current Cookies

CookieWhen and whyDuration
__Host-splinternet_billingOpening billing/account features. Secure session, sign-in, and protection against forged requests. Scope: weence.com, path /.Browser session cookie. Signed-in access also expires on the server after 24 hours unless renewed by a new sign-in.
weence_inquiryBeginning to use the inquiry form. Protects the form and ties retries to the same submission. Scope: weence.com, path /marketing-inquiry.php.Browser session cookie. Form security tokens expire after four hours.
_ga and _ga_EKJ9XB4BZ6Optional Google Analytics cookies, created after you allow analytics. Used to distinguish browsers and maintain session information across public marketing pages and Account. Advertising measurement is enabled only with its separate optional permission. Ad personalization remains disabled.Configured for up to 180 days without refreshing the expiry on every visit. Your browser may shorten storage.
splinternet_analytics_choice_v1 (local storage)Remembers whether you allowed or declined optional analytics and advertising measurement. It contains the choice and expiry, not a visitor identifier.Up to 180 days, then we ask again.

The essential account and inquiry session cookies use Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite=Strict protections. Browser settings may restore session cookies when restoring tabs; server-side expiry still applies.

Your Controls

You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Public information pages remain available, but account sign-in and protected form submission may not work. Use Analytics choices to allow analytics, separately choose advertising measurement, or select Necessary only. Declining does not prevent using the service. Withdrawing permission stops further Analytics events from this setup and removes its Analytics cookies; information already received by Google is not automatically deleted.

The preparation checklist on the homepage is temporary page state. We do not store the checklist. After analytics consent, splinternet_acquisition_v1 remembers your first and most recent acquisition source and a public landing-page path for up to 30 days. We attach this limited attribution to your inquiry in our private records. With separate advertising-measurement permission, splinternet_ad_click_v1 retains valid Google ad-click identifiers for up to 30 days, and Google may set _gcl_ measurement cookies. Withdrawing that permission clears the saved ad-click identifiers and this setup’s _gcl_ cookies. sm_purchase_ and sm_first_customer_ entries prevent duplicate reporting of verified payments and first-paying-customer events; their keys are one-way transaction or business hashes, not names or private account IDs. Analytics preferences are stored for up to 180 days. These records contain no form contents or card details. Server security logs are separate from cookies and are described in the Privacy Policy.

Other Sites and Payment Processing

Card tokenization sends entered card details directly to Intuit using a request configured not to send browser credentials. Weence Practice Marketing does not install a third-party advertising script to process your card. If you follow a link to a platform such as Google or Intuit, that service's own cookie and privacy rules apply.

Websites we manage for customers can have different tools and cookie requirements. Their notices should describe their own configuration; this cookie policy applies to Weence Practice Marketing's site and account features.

Optional analytics is off.
