Henderson, NV – March 9, 2026 – A new pediatric emergency department has opened at Siena Campus as a Las Vegas clinic begins accepting patients nearby.

Families in Henderson now have access to a dedicated pediatric emergency department, following the opening of a children-focused ER at St. Rose Dominican Hospital’s Siena Campus. Pediatric Emergency Department Opens at Siena

The Siena Campus, located on St. Rose Parkway in Henderson, has launched a separate emergency department designed specifically for children. Hospital officials say the unit operates 24 hours a day and is staffed by clinicians trained in pediatric emergency care.

The children’s ER is physically distinct from the adult emergency department, with equipment and exam spaces tailored to infants, children, and teens. Providers note that pediatric patients can present differently than adults, and age-specific evaluation is a key focus of the new unit.

The addition is intended to give families in Henderson and surrounding communities access to specialized emergency care closer to home, rather than traveling across the valley for pediatric-specific services.

New Walk-In Clinic Expands Primary Care Access

In nearby Las Vegas, Comprehensive Community Health Centers has opened CCHC Nevada at 1250 S. Buffalo Drive, Suite 170. The clinic began accepting patients in early March.

According to the organization, services include primary care visits, pediatrics, immunizations, annual and sports physicals, minor injury care, wound treatment, STI and pregnancy testing, and preventive services. The clinic has described transparent self-pay pricing and plans to work with insurers as operations ramp up.

While located outside Henderson city limits, the clinic is positioned to serve residents across the southwest valley, including Henderson families seeking additional primary care options.
