All Oral Surgery in Massachusetts

Oral surgery is a specialized branch of dentistry that involves the diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases, injuries, and defects of the mouth, teeth, jaws, and related structures. Oral surgeons are trained to perform a wide range of procedures, from wisdom teeth extractions and dental implants to more complex surgeries such as corrective jaw surgery and reconstruction of facial bone fractures. The goal of oral surgery is to improve oral function and appearance, relieve pain and discomfort, and restore the patient’s overall oral health. Oral surgery may be performed under local anesthesia, sedation, or general anesthesia depending on the patient’s needs and the complexity of the procedure.
