Arkansas AG says UACCM is 14th One Pill Can Kill campus
The attorney general’s office says student leaders at UACCM received training on opioid dangers, overdose signs and naloxone.
Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin and University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton Chancellor Lisa Willenberg launched the One Pill Can Kill initiative at UACCM on Oct. 19, 2026, Griffin’s office said. The office described UACCM as the initiative’s 14th Arkansas college campus and third community college.
The attorney general’s office said student leaders received training after the launch on the dangers of illicit opioids, recognizing overdose signs and deploying naloxone. The office framed the initiative as part of its effort to address opioid overdoses.
Griffin said campuses remained to be visited.
