All Hematologist

A hematologist is a medical doctor who specializes in the study, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and disorders related to the blood and blood-forming tissues, including bone marrow and the lymphatic system. Hematologists are trained to evaluate and treat conditions such as anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, bleeding and clotting disorders, and other blood-related conditions. They use various diagnostic tests, including blood tests and bone marrow biopsies, to determine the cause and severity of a patient’s condition and develop a treatment plan that may include medication, blood transfusions, or bone marrow transplants.
